"Pray without ceasing. That just means to pray all the time; don't stop praying. Prayer is simply communication with God. The Lord loves it when His children speak to Him. Sometimes we can feel overwhelmed with all of our problems, and we are left not knowing what to pray for or how to start. Even Paul felt this way sometimes! God knows that we are human so He sent His Spirit to help us.
Romans 8:26-27 tells us that the Spirit helps us know what to pray for. God helps us by telling us what to ask Him for. Just ask Him to show you what to pray for. He loves to hear for you. So be encouraged . . . He listens! And He wants to keep this conversation with you going all day long.

Short and simple. Talk with your Heavenly Father and try to remember to pick up the conversation with Him all day. Listen and see what He might have you do throughout the day!"
